    处世

       一直以来我都思考着一个问题。人的一生背负着很多,有好的有坏的。既然这样,那么最起码人应该学会两种本领,一种是记得另外一种是遗忘。记得就是记得别人对你的帮助和恩情,遗忘就是遗忘别人施加给你的痛苦和消极。在我的认识里,记得很容易,你可以经常想起或每天都告诉自己某一个人对你的帮助,勿忘恩情。那么遗忘呢?往往消极的时候,你总会想起别人带给你的痛苦,这种痛苦和悲伤如影随形,使你更加悲观。可能这是一种渲染,也可能是一种极端。倒不如说记得容易,遗忘难。
        台湾的李傲先生在曹可凡采访他的时候说过一句话:“不要把自己的悲伤和痛苦无限扩大”。这句话很直白通俗,但也蕴含了一定的哲理。如果在一块吸水性强的纸上,用墨水滴一个小点,这个小点就会扩大再扩大。这墨水点好比痛苦,那么这块吸水性强的纸就是你。如果,增加对痛苦的抵御能力,把痛苦控制在一定的范围内,学会遗忘消极,那么这种污黑就不能侵染你,即便痛苦的时候你也能保持自信和积极。虽然我不是唯心主义者,可是有的时候不得不承认主观上的调节对人的情绪影响是至关重要的。乐观是战胜痛苦的法宝,人们不是常说柳暗花明又一村吗?
         在这个世界上生存多多少少都会遇到一些开心或不开心的事,如果你遇到的是开心的事情就让它保持住,如果遇到了不开心的事情就多想想开心的。如果实在找不到让自己开心起来的理由,也可以寻找发泄的方法,也许发泄出来了,总比闷闷不乐要好。心理学上不是说了吗?好的情绪和不好的情绪,都必须要让它循环起来。也就是说要懂得与人分享,学会倾诉。要是真的倾诉不起来,写一写也不错。总而言之,保持良好心态,学会自我安慰,这样人才能获得快乐。
